Terms of Use (End-User Licence Agreement)

1. What the App is

The App is an internal business tool for TherioTech staff. Clients use only the pages we send them: quotes, invoices, receipts and payment pages.

2. Licence

TherioTech grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App. You may use it only for TherioTech's business (staff), or to view, accept and pay what we send you (clients). We may end this licence at any time. The App and its content belong to TherioTech Inc., and all rights not granted here are reserved.

3. Accounts

Staff accounts are personal. Keep your password and passkeys to yourself and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close an account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not try to access data or accounts you are not allowed to see.
• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the App.
• Do not disrupt the App or attempt to get around its security.
• Do not use the App for anything unlawful.

5. Third-party services

The App works with services run by other companies, such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, Authorize.net, Rotessa and Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for them. The QuickBooks connection is used only with TherioTech's own QuickBooks company. It can be ended at any time, in the App (Settings > QuickBooks) or in QuickBooks.

6. Quotes, invoices and payments

The terms written on each quote or invoice apply to that work and payment. Payments are processed by our payment providers.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information: app.theriotech.ca/privacy.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the App, including that it will always be available or error-free. This does not affect the warranty on our installation work or any rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TherioTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from the use of the App.

10. Changes

We may change the App or these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the App means you accept the changes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
